Mitch
FounderBrett & Co. is a reflection of who I am - a space I’ve built to feel relaxed, creative, and somewhere people genuinely enjoy spending time in.
Originally from the Cotswolds, I moved to Brighton at 18, where I discovered a passion for fashion, trainers, street art, and skate culture in a city that heavily shaped who I am today. At 21, I took another leap and moved to Newquay with just a one-way ticket and £300, spending nearly seven years there while travelling between summer and winter seasons chasing new experiences.
Newquay is where barbering first caught my attention. After moving north, I decided to fully commit - leaving my job and flat behind to train at the London School of Barbering in Manchester.
From day one, barbering felt like the perfect fit, combining creativity, style, and working closely with people. I’m constantly pushing myself to improve, whether it’s sharp Afro shape-ups or classic scissor work, always aiming to give every client the best cut and experience possible.
Outside the shop, I’m usually spending time with family, training, exploring new food spots, travelling, or getting outdoors with my dogs.

Tom
I’m Tom – Lymm local and barber with 5 years experience. I do all types of cuts, whether you want a sharp fade, a tidy-up, or you’ve had a go yourself and need rescuing…no judgement (well, maybe a little).
The shop’s all about good trims and good vibes – plenty of laughs, decent chat, and no awkward silence unless that’s your thing.
Outside work, I’m usually walking my dog Ozzy, backing United through thick and thin, and still claiming Oasis are the greatest band of all time (no arguments).
Magda
I’m Magda - I started my journey in the UK back in 2015, I moved here from Poland. Arriving with ambition and a strong drive to build something for myself. Not long after settling in, I found my place in the barbershop - and from that moment, I knew I’d found more than just a job.
Barbering quickly became a true passion of mine. I dedicated myself to improving my skills, learning new techniques, and putting in the time to grow both creatively and professionally. Every cut has been part of that journey, shaping me into the barber I am today.
Now, I’m proud to be based in Lymm at Brett & Co, working alongside an amazing team of genuinely kind and talented people. It’s an environment that keeps me inspired every day, and I’m grateful to be doing what I love while continuing to evolve in the craft.

I’m Charley - I’ve been barbering since leaving school and quickly developed a real passion for the craft. Over 9 + years I’ve gained experience working with all hair types and styles – from clean, classic cuts to more modern looks. I take pride in making sure every client leaves feeling confident and looking their best.
I’m always happy to offer advice, whether you’re after a fresh new style or just want to maintain your current look. Creating a relaxed, friendly environment is important to me, so you can always feel comfortable in my chair.
When I’m not in the shop, I enjoy keeping things simple – spending time with family, baking, and getting out for walks with the dog. It’s those little things that help me bring positive energy into work.
